Over the past 15 years, Rockworth has overseen the lease-up of roughly 3,000 units across 20 projects. We bring proven strategy and hands-on execution to the critical early stages of a community—moving it efficiently from first lease to stabilization.

If you choose to move forward with our team (we will also let you know if we are not a fit, some of the best decisions we have made were to politely decline certain opportunities to make room for what we do best) then we make a plan that works for everyone. Timing, resources, strategy and a proposed PM agreement are all part of this plan.
If this is an existing project then we go through our transition sheet to ensure we start on a solid foundation. If this is new construction then we review timelines and what we can do to support getting the project open, leased and stabilized.
