Our Story
Built on a Promise
Headquartered at 4655 South 2300 East #205, Holladay, UT 84117, Rockworth Management was built on one foundational promise: "We do what we say we are going to do." When we make a commitment to an owner, resident, or partner, we go to great lengths to keep it.
Today we're a multi-state team having managed conventional, HUD, and mixed-use properties in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, and South Dakota—from new lease-ups to stabilized value-add communities.
We differ from other property management companies in three ways:
- 1) We do what we can to support the heavy lifting done by our on-site teams. The industry average is for an on-site manager to stay at one-site for 12-36 months. Our company average is 77 months. It means more efficiency, less disruption, better relationships with residents, owners, and vendors. Some things are better with time.
- 2) Our accounting team and management team work hard to forecast accurately, budget accordingly, and report consistently so cash flow can be projected and received by Owners. We understand that for every $1 of NOI the value could be affected by roughly $20. Each $1 matters.
- 3) Lease-ups. We are really good at them! We have transitioned over 20 communities from construction to lease-up to stabilization and often disposition. It is one of our specialties.
